- Details of installation of the liquid heat exchanger of the oil filter on the engine of a series 612 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Open a cowl and fix it in vertical situation.
- Remove finishing panels (1 and 2).
- Uncover (3) casings of the oil filter, take filtering element and merge oil in the prepared capacity.
- Remove the bottom section of a noise isolation.
- Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Disconnect from the EGR (11) heat exchanger a hose of an okhladitelny path (12).
- Remove a fuel cooler.
- Turn out bolts of fastening of the EGR (11) heat exchanger to a head of cylinders.
- Separate the EGR heat exchanger from the pipeline of distribution of air (110/1).
- Remove the pipeline (110/1).
- Remove the fuel highway (21) (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Disconnect a hose of an okhladitelny path (7) from a liquid cooler (8).
- Disconnect the ATF (9) lines from the heat exchanger (8), - prepare for collecting following liquid.
- Disconnect the heat exchanger (8) from a cover of a drive of GRM.
- Installation is made upside-down.
- Check level of cooling liquid, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- In summary start the engine and check on existence of signs of development of leaks.
- Having warmed up the engine to normal working temperature, muffle it and, about 2 minutes later, check level of impellent oil. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).

- Open a cowl and fix it in vertical situation.
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Remove the bottom section of a noise isolation.
- Merge impellent oil (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Remove finishing panels (1 and 2).
- Disconnect a hose of an okhladitelny path (3) from a connecting element (4).
- Disconnect a hose (3) from EGR (5).
- Disconnect a fuel hose (7) from the device of preliminary heating of fuel (9).
- Remove the device (9) from EGR (5), - prepare new laying.
- Remove a broad tank of system of cooling (11) (see. Head of System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- Remove an air inlet (12).
- Remove an air sleeve (13), - prepare a new sealing ring (6).
- Disconnect an air hose (15) from the mixing chamber.
- Remove the fan of system of cooling (17).
- Disconnect a hose (18) from a radiator (19).
- Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor of level of impellent oil (В40).
- Release a collar of fastening of the primary catalytic converter (120/1) to TWC (111).
- Remove collars of fastening of a torsionny bar (24).
- Give nuts (23) forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
- Hang out the engine on the winch.
- Release fixing bolts (26 and 27) and merge oil from the pallet of a case (28).
- Finally turn out bolts and remove the pallet.
- Remove sealing laying (29).
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pallet and the block.
- Installation is made upside-down. Remember that all sealing elements are subject to replacement without fail. Track, that all fixture was tightened with demanded effort.
- In summary start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks. Also clear memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

- Turn out bolts of fastening of the oil pump (2) to an engine case.
- Wring out a natyazhitel (4) and throw off a chain (3) from a driving asterisk of the pump. Remove pump assembly (2).
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pump and the engine block.
- Fill pump assembly by fresh oil.
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to clean the mesh filter of a maslozabornik.

- Remove the bottom section of a noise isolation.
- Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Lift a cover of the power unit.
- Remove the electric fan of system of cooling.
- Unscrew a cover (2) casings of the oil filter (11).
- Remove the hose of an okhladitelny path going from a radiator to the thermostat.
- Disconnect from a casing of the filter (11) lines okhladitelny (4) and ventilating (5) paths, liberate them from a basic arm (shooter).
- Also disconnect from the line filter (7, 9 and 8).
- Remove a basic arm (15).
- Turn out bolts (10).
- Remove a casing of the oil filter (11)
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In summary start the engine and check the filter on existence of signs of development of leaks.
- Check level of impellent oil, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).

- Lift a cover of the power unit.
- Unscrew a cover (1) casing of the oil filter (6) and take filtering element (2).
- Remove left a forward wheel and a loker of protection of a wheel arch.
- Remove the bottom section of a noise isolation.
- Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Disconnect from a casing of the oil filter (6) lines okhladitelny (3) and ventilating (4) paths.
- Remove from a casing of the oil filter (6) liquid the heat exchanger (8).
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces, prepare new sealing laying (9).
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In summary start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.
- Check level of impellent oil, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).

- Remove the bottom section of a noise isolation.
- Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor of level of oil (В40).
- Merge impellent oil (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Remove/omit assembly of the forward bridge (see. Head Suspension bracket and steering).
- Turn out bolts of fastening of a basic arm of the bottom sleeve of a path of pressurization of air on the right wall of the bottom section of the pallet of a case.
- Turn out fixing bolts (2) and remove the bottom section of the pallet (1), having in case of need hooked it in the place specified by an arrow.
- Remove the sensor of level of oil (В40).
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the bottom and top sections of the pallet.
- Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of drawing of hermetic on an interfaced surface of the bottom section of the pallet.

- Remove both sections of the pallet of a case (see above).
- Turn out the screw (7).
- Turn out bolts (6) fastenings of the oil pump (8).
- Delay a natyazhitel (4) driving chains (3) from an asterisk (5) drives of the pump (8). In case of need remove a chain and make its replacement.
- Remove pump assembly (8).
- Turn out bolts (9) and disconnect from the pump a cover with an oil pipeline (10).
- Clean the mesh filter of a maslozabornik.
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces.
- Fill pump assembly by fresh oil.
- Installation is made upside-down.
