PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details of installation of a back face cover / a back epiploon of a cranked shaft on engines of a series 612 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern. Remove a flywheel / a driving disk (1) (see. Section Removal and flywheel installation / driving disk). Turn out fixing bolts and remove a face cover (2) assembled with a back epiploon of a cranked shaft, - hook a cover in the places specified by shooters, try not to damage sealing laying of the pallet of a case. Merge impellent oil. Release bolts of fastening of the pallet and merge from the last the oil remains. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces. Establish into place a cover with the epiploon pressed in it. If the epiploon (3) is damaged, it is necessary to replace a cover. Establish a back sealing ring of a cranked shaft (5) (the assembly coupling (4)). Establish a flywheel / a driving disk. Tighten bolts of fastening of the pallet. Fill in in the engine fresh oil. Start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details of installation of a back face cover / a back epiploon of a cranked shaft on engines of a series 628 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern. Remove transmission (see. Head Avtomaticheckaya transmission). By means of the special adaptation (7) block a gear wreath of a driving disk. Turn out fixing bolts (6) and remove a driving disk (4) (see. Section Removal and flywheel installation / driving disk). Merge impellent oil (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). Turn out bolts (2) and remove a face cover (1), having accurately hooked it a screw-driver with a flat sting around installation of directing plugs. Take an old epiploon (3) Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces and, having planted on hermetic, establish a cover into place. Establish a new epiploon (3). Дейтсвуя as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, establish into place acting in film components. Start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.
