- Details of installation of an intermediate asterisk of TNVD of the engine of a series 612 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
- Remove nozzles (Y76) (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Uncover heads of cylinders (11).
- Having turned the engine in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation VMT, - there should be a combination of an adjusting label of a camshaft with a label on a cover of its bearing.
- Block an inlet camshaft (2) by means of a core (3) passed in an opening in a cover of the first bearing (And) and entered into an opening to a gear wheel of a shaft (5).
- Remove assembly of a natyazhitel of a chain (9) (see below)
- Remove a forward cover of a head of cylinders (4) (see. Section Removal and engine installation).
- Remove directing to a chain (12) (see below).
- Remove TNVD (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Mark the provision of a gas-distributing chain on a driving asterisk of a camshaft (6).
- To Otboltita an asterisk (6) from a final camshaft (1).

Bolts of fastening of an asterisk (13) are subject to replacement without fail. |
- Remove an asterisk (6), - try not to drop directing pin (7).
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of an intermediate asterisk (14) and remove the last assembled with the plug (15).
- Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of base installation of camshafts (see. Section Installation of base provision of camshafts).
- In summary start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leakages of oil and fuel.

- Remove an air inlet.
- Remove a natyazhitel of a chain (1).
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace a sealing element (2).

- In summary start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks. Also make cleaning of memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics.

- Remove the panel of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders (1).
- Having turned a cranked shaft in the normal direction, bring the engine into position VMT of the piston of the first cylinder, - labels of a camshaft and a cover of its bearing should be combined.
- Remove a natyazhitel of a chain (9) (see above).
- Remove a forward cover of a head of cylinders (5) (see. Section Removal and installation of covers of a drive of GRM).
- Block a camshaft, having passed a special core in an opening in a cover of its first bearing and having filled it in a driving gear wheel.
- To Otboltita driving element (11) of an inlet camshaft.
- Remove top directing to a chain (8).
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In summary start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.

- Remove covers of a head of cylinders (10).
- Remove a centrifuge (17).
- By means of the special cores (3) passed through covers of the first bearings and driving gear wheels entered an opening (And), block inlet camshafts (2) both heads of cylinders.
- Remove a natyazhitel of a chain (8) (see below).
- Remove TNVD (14)
- Remove the vacuum pump (15)
- Remove a forward cover (4) heads of cylinders (see. Section Removal and installation of covers of a drive of GRM).
- Mark the provision of a chain on an asterisk (6) camshafts.
- Remove an asterisk (6) from a pin of a shaft (1).
- Take an inlet camshaft (2) of the right head of cylinders.
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of an intermediate asterisk of TNVD (12).
- Remove an asterisk (12) together with the cylindrical loose leaf (13).
- Installation is made upside-down. Track, that at TNVD installation the nest (18) asterisks (12) was developed in the same direction, as a zero label (arrow). Do not forget to replace a sealing element of a natyazhitel.
- In summary start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.
- Also clear memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

- Disconnect and take aside the right sleeve of an inlet path of pressurization of air.
- Remove a loker of protection of an arch of the left forward wheel.
- Disconnect and take aside the left sleeve of an inlet path of pressurization of air.
- Remove the left and right covers of nozzles.
- Remove nozzles (Y76) (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Remove covers of a head of cylinders (6).
- Remove bypass an air sleeve.
- Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (4).
- Remove a damper krutilny fluctuations/pulley of a driving belt (5).
- Remove the vacuum pump (7).
- Remove TNVD (11).
- Remove a forward cover (8) heads of cylinders (see. Section Removal and installation of covers of a drive of GRM).

- Block inlet camshafts (12) both heads of cylinders.
- Mark the provision of a chain on an asterisk of a camshaft (16).
- Remove a natyazhitel of a chain (20) (see above).
- To Otboltita an asterisk (16) also remove it from a pin of a final camshaft (15).
- Remove an intermediate asterisk of TNVD (23) assembled with the cylindrical loose leaf (22).
- By means of a shock ex-tractor (25) beat out directing pins (24).
- Having pulled up and outside, remove a tension level (26).
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In summary start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks. Also clear memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).
