- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Remove ventilyatorny assembly of system of cooling (3 - a krylchatka with the vyazkostny coupling) (see. Head of System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- Remove a casing of the fan of system of cooling (2) (see. Head of System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- Establish the screen of protection of the К/В radiator/condenser.
- Remove assembly of an air purifier (1).
- Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (4) (see. Head Engine).
- Disconnect draft of a drive of a butterfly valve (5).
- Disconnect vacuum lines of the brake amplifier (7) and a regeneration path (6).
- Disconnect the fuel line (9).
- Remove a broad tank (8).
- Disconnect hoses of an okhladitelny path (10, 11, 12, 13 and 14)
- Disunite the socket (ы) engine electroconductings.
- To Otbolita steering pump (26).
- Turn out the top bolts of fastening of a dome of transmission to the engine.
- Remove a starter (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).
- Remove from a final collector a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases (16).
- To Otboltita from a reception pipe an arm (15).
- Turn out bolts of fastening of a basic arm of system of release (17) to a transmission case.
- To Otboltita the To/in compressor (25) and, without disconnecting the line of a refrigerator path, take assembly aside and fix it, having tied up a wire.
- To Otboltita the right and left forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit (23).23 Connect chains (38) lifts to lifting eyes of the power unit.
- Hang out the engine on the winch and prop up from below assembly of transmission (21).
- Remove the right support of a suspension bracket of the power unit (23).
- Turn out the remained bolts of fastening of a dome of transmission to the engine.
- Having carefully separated the engine from transmission, lift it and take from a motor compartment.
- Installation is made upside-down.

- Uncover the power unit.
- Make sure of correctness of installation of lifting eyes of the engine, - back eyes have the strengthened design.
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Remove an airchipper (23), - only the models equipped with the engine 113.942.
- Having disconnected a hose (16), merge cooling liquid from a radiator.
- Merge impellent oil (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Remove assembly of the fan of system of cooling with the vyazkostny coupling (1), - except the models equipped with engines 113.981 and 113.965.

- Remove a casing of the fan (2),
- On the models equipped with engines 113.981 and 113.965, remove the electric fan of system of cooling.
- Establish the screen of protection of the К/В radiator/condenser.
- Remove a broad tank (1).
- Remove assembly of an air purifier (7).
- Remove the rezonatorny chamber (9) with a connecting sleeve (8) (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Disconnect from the water pump a connecting hose (15).
- Remove a hose (17) going from a radiator to a casing of the thermostat.
- On the models equipped with engines of a series 113, remove a radiator (see. Head of System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- Disconnect the vacuum line (5) connecting the servo-driver of the brake amplifier to a back part of the inlet pipeline.
- Pump out oil from the steering pump (19).
- Disconnect from assembly of the steering pump (19) pressure head and returnable lines, - at once закупорьте the open ends of lines in order to avoid dirt hit in hydraulic system.
- Disconnect from the inlet pipeline the vacuum line (6) of a regeneration path.
- Disconnect the fuel line (4).
- Remove the line of an okhladitelny path (14).
- Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (3) (see. Head Engine).
- Disconnect electroconducting from the To/in compressor (10).
- Turn out fixture and disconnect the To/in compressor (10) from a cover of a drive of GRM.
- Remove a loker of protection of an arch of the left forward wheel (24) (models with series 113 engines).
- Remove the deflector (25) (models with series 113 engines).
- Disconnect from final collectors reception pipes of system of production of the fulfilled gases (11).
- Disconnect a basic arm of system of production of the fulfilled gases (12).
- To Otboltita the converter of rotation (20) from a gear wreath of start of the engine (21).
- Disunite contact sockets of electroconducting left and right dokatalitichesky a lambda probes (G3/3x1 and G3/4x1) on a transmission case.
- Turn out bolts of fastening of a starter, - do not disconnect electroconducting.
- Release bolts of fastening of a dome of transmission to the engine, turn out all bolts, except for two top (series 112 engines) / bottom (series 113 engines).
- Give nuts of support of a suspension bracket of the power unit (18).
- On models from AT turn out a maslonalivny tube on the right head of cylinders.
- Connect winch chains to lifting eyes of the engine.
- Hang out the engine and prop up transmission (22).
- Turn out the remained two bolts of fastening of transmission to the engine, and accurately take the last from a motor compartment of the car.
- Installation is made upside-down.
