- Having turned a cranked shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation 20 ° after VMT and fix camshafts (75 and 78) blocking cores (01).
- With marker mark the provision of a gas-distributing chain (73) concerning asterisks (76 and 13) camshafts.

- Remove an asterisk (76) final camshafts.
- Remove from an inlet camshaft a regulator.

- Remove a forward cover of a head of cylinders (see. Section Removal and installation of covers of a drive of GRM).
- Having turned a cranked shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation 30 ° after VMT, - in this position of the engine camshafts can be turned without risk of collision of valves with pistons.
- Make sure of correctness of base installation of shaft (see. The section Installation of base provision of camshafts), then with a marker mark the provision of a gas-distributing chain (73) concerning asterisks (75 and 76) camshafts.
- Remove a natyazhitel of a chain (14) (see. Section Removal and installation of components of a drive of GRM).
- Remove an asterisk (76) final camshafts.
- Lift a chain (73) and remove an asterisk (75) inlet camshafts.
- By means of a rozhkovy key (1) develop camshafts (77 and 78) so that as much as possible to weaken effort developed by klapanny springs, - cams should be developed by heels to pushers.
- Mark covers of bearings of camshafts, then turn out fixing bolts and remove covers.
- Carefully take camshafts from a head of cylinders.
- Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of an arrangement of bearing covers.

- Check a condition of an axis and yokes, faulty components replace.

Installation

- Evenly warm up the bridge to temperature 150°С, cool an axis of yokes and accurately begin to knock it to the bridge, having used directing shaft in diameter 16 (final assembly) or 18 (inlet assembly) millimeters, - at an axis zastukivaniye at the same time take directing shaft, track, that yokes did not warp.
- Level an axis of yokes, having passed pair of fixing screws in openings to the bridge of covers.
- Establish the bridge of covers (see above).
