Details of installation of a face cover of the engine of a series 111


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a face cover of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove transmission (see. Head Manual box of gear shifting or Avtomaticheckaya transmission).
  3. On models from RKPP remove coupling assembly (see. Head Transmission line).
  4. Remove a flywheel / a driving disk (see. Section Removal and flywheel installation / driving disk).
  5. Examine the engine on existence of signs of leaks, in case of need make replacement of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft (see below).
  6. Turn out fixing bolts (4 and 5).
  7. Having hooked for the ledges specified by shooters, separate a face cover (1) from the engine.
  8. Study a condition of an epiploon (21), in case of need make its replacement (see below).
  9. Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove a face cover of the engine (see above).
  3. Having hooked a screw-driver, take a back epiploon (21).
  4. Press a new epiploon in the NEW face cover from the back party of the last.
  5. Operating as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, establish into place removed components.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a face cover of engines of series 112 and 113 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove transmission (see. Head Avtomaticheckaya transmission).
  3. Remove a driving disk (see. Section Removal and flywheel installation / driving disk).
  4. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a face cover (1), having accurately hooked it in the places specified by shooters.
  5. Study a condition of an epiploon (3), in case of need replace a cover assembled with an epiploon.
  6. Installation is made upside-down.

  2. The epiploon from a face cover is not subject to extraction and is replaced assembled with the last (see above).
