Preparation for removal of the engine of a series 612

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The illustrative material on preparation for removal of the engine is presented on illustrations which all references meeting in the text concern.
Open a cowl and prop up it in vertical situation.
Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Remove overlays of heads of cylinders.
Remove the bottom section of a noise isolation.
Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
Remove a broad tank of system of cooling (1).
Disconnect the hose (2) okhladitelny paths going from a casing of the thermostat to a radiator.
Remove an air inlet (4/3).
Remove a sleeve of an air inlet (4/2).
Remove the electric fan (3) systems of cooling.
Establish the screen of protection of the К/В radiator/compressor.
Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (6).
Pump out hydraulic liquid from the GUR tank (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
Disconnect the line of a path of GUR (5) from a radiator.
Disconnect the line of a path of GUR (13) from the steering pump, - at once закупорьте the open ends of a hose and the reception union.
Disconnect a vacuum hose (10) from the control unit pressurization. Also disconnect vacuum lines (11 and 12), going to the mixing chamber and the vacuum pump.
Disconnect an air sleeve (19) from a turbokompressor.
Lift the receiver (110/5) supply of air of pressurization to the mixing chamber.
Disconnect tubes of an okhladitelny path (14 and 15) from the water pump.
Disconnect a hose (16) coolers of fuel.
Disconnect a hose (17) low-temperature coolers and remove a hose (18) brought to a casing of the thermostat.
Disconnect submitting fuel tube (8) systems of a preliminary warming up.
Disconnect from a fuel cooler a returnable tube (9).
Disunite the socket (ы) engine electroconductings.
Lift the receiver (19), going from a turbokompressor (110) to an air cooler.
Disconnect electroconducting from the К/В compressor.
To Otboltita To/in compressor (21).
Hang out the engine on the winch.
Turn out bolts from openings under prop installation on a transmission case.
Prop up transmission.
Turn out bolts of fastening of transmission to the engine.
Weaken a podpruzhinenny joint of fastening of the primary catalytic converter to the main three-functional catalytic converter (TWC).
Release elements of fastening of a forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit (22) to a car frame.
Separate the engine from transmission and carefully take it from a motor compartment of the car.
Installation is made upside-down.

Preparation for removal of the engine of a series 628

Open a cowl and prop up it in vertical situation.
Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Lift a cover of the power unit.
In the conditions of a workshop of car-care center make a discharge of central air of air.
Remove the left and right block headlights (see. Head Body).
Remove the top cross-section beam of a frame (see. Head Body).
Remove the tank of liquid of washing of glasses (see. Head Body).
Remove assembly of an air purifier (18).
Previously having pumped out hydraulic liquid, remove the tank (21) steering pumps from a basic plate of a sleeve of distribution of soaked-up air.
Remove the left forward wheel.
Remove a loker of protection of a wheel arch.
Operating through a wheel arch, separate the refrigerator line (13) from the К/В compressor.
Also through an arch disconnect fuel lines (14).
Remove the bottom section of a noise isolation.
Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
Disconnect from a cooler (11) air hoses (9 and 10) the right and left turbokompressor, and a sleeve of air of pressurization (12).
Release collars of fastening of the primary catalytic converter on the left and right turbokompressor.
Turn out bolts of fastening of a dome of transmission to the engine (except bottom).
Give nuts of the left and right support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
Uncover (30) service windows and turn out bolts of fastening of the converter of rotation to the driving disk of start of the engine equipped with a gear wreath.
Separate from a transmission case the left and right drainage hoses (28 and 29).
Disconnect from a radiator (1) ventilating (5) and submitting (4 and 6) hoses.
Disconnect from a radiator of the line of a path of cooling of ATF (2 and 3).
Disconnect from a radiator of the line of a path of cooling of GUR liquid (7 and 8).
Remove the electric fan of system of cooling (see. Head of System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
Establish the screen of protection of the К/В radiator/compressor.
Disconnect hoses (15 and 17) a low-temperature cooler.
Disconnect a returnable hose of a heater (16).
Disunite contact sockets of electroconducting of MAF sensors (B2/6 and B2/7).
Remove the air distributor (20) with an inlet sleeve of an air purifier (24).
Remove a broad tank of system of cooling (19).
Remove submitting hose of the heat exchanger at the left on a partition of an impellent compartment.
Remove the circulating pump of system of cooling (an additional complete set) from a board of the storage battery and, without disconnecting hoses, take him aside.
Release fixture and remove a jellied tube (27) ATF from a cover of a head of cylinders.
Separate from the assembly block of safety locks and the relay the vacuum line of inlet port of the locking valve (23) and a ventilating hose of system of cooling.
Disconnect the vacuum line of inlet port of the locking valve (23) from the servo-driver of the brake amplifier.
Disconnect from the To/to compressor the refrigerator line (26).
Disconnect from the steering pump the pressure head line (25).
Disconnect a driving cable from the item sensor (22).
Remove the item sensor (22) from a partition.
Disunite the socket (ы) engine electroconductings.
Hang out the engine on the winch, having completely unloaded forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
Prop up transmission.
Turn out the bottom bolts of fastening of a dome of transmission to the engine.
Having delayed the engine forward, separate it from transmission, then carefully take from a motor compartment.
Installation is made upside-down.
Fill in in cooling system fresh cooling liquid, in conditions HUNDRED make the К/В system charging. Check ATF level, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
In summary connect to the diagnostic DLC socket the STAR DIAGNOSIS input reader and poll memory of the processor on existence of codes of malfunctions (DTC). Having executed necessary corrections, clear memory of system.
