Installation of base provision of camshafts

Verification of the base provision of camshafts of the engine of a series 612


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The illustrative material on verification of the base provision of camshafts of the engine of a series 612 is presented on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove nozzles (Y76) (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  3. Uncover heads of cylinders.
  4. Having turned a cranked shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation VMT, - labels of a camshaft and a cover of its bearing should be combined.
  5. Block camshafts by means of the special core (3) passed through an opening in a cover of the first bearing of a shaft and filled in an opening (And) in a gear wheel (2) inlet camshafts.
  6. At the correct base installation of a label (In) gear wheels of camshafts (1 and 2) should appear combined. Besides, there should be a combination of the labels put on bodies of shaft and a cover of their bearings (arrow).
  7. In case of need remove camshafts (see. The section Removal and installation of GRM components) also establish them into place, achieving the correct combination of labels.
  8. Дейтсвуя as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, establish into place acting in film components.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The illustrative material on adjustment of base provision of camshafts of the engine of a series 628 is presented on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove covers of heads of cylinders.
  3. Having turned a cranked shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation VMT.
  4. Check the base provision of camshafts, - gear wheels should be developed by labels (In) to each other, besides, there should be a combination of the labels put on bodies of shaft and a cover of their bearings (arrow).
  5. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment.
  6. Дейтсвуя as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, establish into place acting in film components.
