Verification of the base provision of a balancing shaft of the engine of a series 628

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The illustrative material on verification of the base provision of a balancing shaft on engines of a series 628 is presented on illustrations which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove covers of heads of cylinders.
  3. Remove assembly of the electric fan of system of cooling (see. Head of System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
  4. Turn out the bottom bolt (3а) covers (3), - for the purpose of ensuring access to a bolt turn a cranked shaft in the normal direction.
  5. Bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation VMT.
  6. Turn out the top bolt (3b) and uncover (3).
  7. Remove a centrifuge.
  8. Make sure that the natyazhitel (9) provides demanded effort of a tension of a gas-distributing chain.
  9. Establish on a case a cover (3) and fix it the top bolt (3b).
  10. Turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions in the normal direction, again having brought the piston of the first cylinder into situation VMT.
  11. Again uncover (3).
  12. Make sure of correctness of base installation of camshafts (see. Section Installation of base provision of camshafts).
  13. Check correctness of base installation of a balancing shaft, a spring (5) which should occupy the situation shown in a picture, and marking (6) on an asterisk (7) to be slightly displaced concerning situation «at 12 o'clock».
  14. Operating as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, establish acting in film components on the places.
