- Details of installation of a forward cover of a head of cylinders of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Remove a head of cylinders (see. Section Removal and head installation (ok) cylinders).
- Remove a thermostat (3) casing (see. Head of System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- To Otboltita valve switch of a podmeshivaniye of secondary air (Y32).
- Turn out fixing bolts (1 and 2) and remove a forward cover of a head of cylinders.
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces. Installation is made upside-down, - the cover is put on hermetic. Track, that all fixture was tightened with demanded effort.

- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Remove assembly of the left sleeve of a path of pressurization of air with the MAF sensor (see. Section Removal and engine installation).
- Take a cartridge of the oil filter (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases) also merge oil in the prepared capacity.
- Remove assembly of the fan of system of cooling with the vyazkostny coupling (see. Head of System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- Remove a casing of the fan of system of cooling (see. Head of System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- Remove the case pallet (see. Section Service of system of greasing).
- Remove a belt of a drive of the supercharger.
- Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
- Empty cooling system (see. Head of System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- Remove a basic arm the generator/generator assembled with a basic arm (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).
- Remove assembly of a natyazhitel of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see. Head Engine).
- Remove a forward cover of a head of cylinders (see above).
- Remove the water pump (see. Head of System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
- Remove a driving pulley of the steering pump (44), - pulley keeping from a provorachivaniye can be made by a way of a staving temporarily established to the place of a driving belt.
- To Otboltita arm (47).
- On models without To/in remove an arm (46b). On models with To/in remove arms (46) and (46а).
- Remove the steering pump (45) and take him aside, without disconnecting hydraulic lines.
- Having turned a cranked shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation 20-30 ° after VMT (see arrows on an illustration 5.7b).
- By means of blocking cores (01) fix camshafts.
- With marker mark the provision of a gas-distributing chain concerning asterisks of camshafts (75 and 76).
- Remove a natyazhitel of a chain (14).
- Remove asterisks final (76) and inlet (75) camshafts.

Bolts of fastening of asterisks is subject to replacement without fail. |
- Take an inlet shaft assembled with a regulator.
- Take pins directing to a chain (11).

At installation pins are put on hermetic. |
- Turn out bolts (And) fastenings of a cover of a drive of GRM to a head of cylinders.
|
|
Bolts are equipped with TORX type heads. |
- Remove assembly of a pulley of a driving belt with the built-in vibrogasitel (95).
- Mark with a marker bolts of fastening of a cover of a drive of GRM.
- Turn out fixing bolts and uncover (65), - try not to damage sealing laying of a head.
- Replace a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft (see. Section Replacement of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft).
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a cover and an engine case.
- Replace sealing rings (66).
- Grease an interfaced surface of a cover with hermetic, having tracked, that the last did not get to the oil tank (65а) a gas-distributing chain.
- Installation is made upside-down, - at installation of a cover delay a chain up, having completely chosen its weak point in the lower part. Track, that all fixture was tightened with demanded effort.

- Details of installation of a cover of a drive of GRM on engines of series 112 and 113 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Remove panels of furnish of the power unit.
- Merge cooling liquid from a radiator.
- Remove from heads of cylinders a cover power air purifier unit/assembly.
- Remove assembly of the fan of system of cooling with the vyazkostny coupling (1).
- Turn out the bottom bolts and remove a casing fan/assembly of the electric fan.
- Establish the screen of protection of the К/В radiator/condenser.
- Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (2).
- Remove covers of heads of cylinders (6).
- Disconnect lines (17 and 18) the water pump.
- Disconnect a hose (16) from a thermostat casing.
- Remove and, without disconnecting refrigerator lines, take aside the To/in compressor (А9).
- Remove the bottom section of the pallet of a case (see. Section Service of system of greasing).
- Remove the top section of the pallet of a case (see. Section Service of system of greasing).
- Remove assembly of a natyazhitel of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
- Remove a damper of krutilny fluctuations (4)
- Remove a natyazhitel of a gas-distributing chain (14).
- Remove the case of the oil filter (7) equipped with the built in liquid heat exchanger.
- Remove and, without disconnecting hydraulic lines, shift aside assembly of the steering pump (11).
- Remove from a cover of a drive of GRM directing roller (15) belts of a drive of auxiliary units.
- Remove the air pump (20).
- Separate electroconducting from the thermostat.
- Turn out bolts (21) fastenings of a cover of a drive of GRM to heads of cylinders.
- Turn out screws of fastening of a cover of a drive of GRM.

At installation it is necessary to grease a carving part of screws with hermetic. |
- Uncover GRM drive.
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a cover and an engine case.
- Installation is made upside-down, - it is necessary to impose a hermetic pillow in width about 2.0 mm on an interfaced surface of a cover and thickness about 0.5 mm (track that hermetic did not get in маслотоки). Do not forget to replace sealing rings of a cover (19) and a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft. Track, that all fixture was tightened with demanded effort.
