- The illustrative material on procedure of removal/installation of the brake amplifier is presented on illustrations which all references meeting in the text if the return is not specified especially concern.
- Open a cowl and fix it in vertical situation.
- Remove panels of furnish of the power unit and a cover of the assembly block of safety locks/relay.
- Disconnect electroconducting from the GTTs (10) tank.
- Disconnect the vacuum line (8) from the brake amplifier (16).
- On diesel models liberate from clamps on a partition the vacuum line (8а), and also the auxiliary line.
- Disconnect from the vacuum pump (24) a hose (27).
- Liberate hoses (21) of an arm (28).
- Separate hoses from the assembly block of safety locks/relay and take away from to the engine.
- Previously having marked, disconnect from GTTs brake tenches (5), - at once закупорьте the open ends of shtutserny sockets.
- At the corresponding complete set disconnect electroconducting from sensors 1 and 2 of brake pressure of ESP (B4/1 and B34/2), - release clamps from the bottom parties of sockets.
- Give самоконтрящиеся nuts (19) fastenings of GTTs (1), - nuts are subject to replacement without fail.
- At the corresponding complete set remove the thermofilter (1b).
- At the corresponding complete set remove from a partition of an impellent compartment a siren of the anticreeping alarm system.
- Having pulled strictly horizontally, remove GTTs from the block of the brake amplifier and transfer it on a workbench.
- Check the cylinder on existence of signs of development of leaks from the back party of the primary piston, in case of need replace assembly.
- On models from RKPP disconnect from the GTTs tank a hose of the operator of a drive of coupling (10b), - at once закупорьте the open end of the shtutserny socket.
- Pump out from the tank (10) brake liquid, then, having pulled vertically, remove it from GTTs (1) assembly.
- Check a condition of sealing landing plugs (9), in case of need make replacement.
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace a sealing ring (1а) and самоконтрящиеся a nut of fastening of the cylinder.
