Replacement of brake disks should be made in pairs for each axis! |
- Details of installation of a brake disk (on an example of the brake mechanism of a forward wheel) are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Remove wheels.
- Check residual thickness of frictional overlays of blocks and visually estimate the general condition of disks of brake mechanisms.
- Remove a brake support (see. The section Removal and support installation), - need for a detachment of flexible brake hoses is absent.
- At removal of a back disk (61) release the parking brake and weaken a regulator of automatic correction of a tension of a driving cable.
- Turn out a lock bolt (64) and remove a brake disk, - the bolt is subject to replacement without fail.
- Installation is made upside-down, - before installation slightly grease a landing surface of a disk with konsistentny molibdensoderzhashchy greasing.
- After replacement of disks of back brake mechanisms do not forget to adjust a drive of the parking brake (see. The section Adjustment of a drive of the parking brake) also dump load of an automatic regulator.
- For a usadka of blocks several times squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake, - there should be a firm resistance to squeezing.
- Check level of brake liquid in the GTTs tank, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.
