Details of installation of a support of the brake mechanism of a forward wheel

- Details of installation of a support of the brake mechanism of a forward wheel are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Remove forward wheels.
- At the corresponding complete set disconnect electroconducting (1) and remove the contact sensor of wear of brake shoes (S10/1 - in case of the left brake mechanism), самоконтрящиеся fixing bolts are subject to replacement without fail.
- By means of a special collar squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake so that there was a locking of filling-up GTTs port. For dumping of pressure release the gate of pumping of the corresponding support, - try not to allow excessive lowering of level of liquid in the tank.
- Turn out a hollow bolt (51b) the shtutserny socket of connection to a support of a flexible brake hose (51).
- In case of need take brake shoes (see. Section Assessment of degree of wear and replacement of brake shoes).
- Turn out самоконтрящиеся fixing bolts (35) and remove a support (31а) from a rotary fist, - bolts is subject to replacement without fail.
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing washers (51а) the shtutserny socket.
- In summary pump over brake system (see. Section Pumping of brake system).

Brake mechanism of a back wheel

- Details of installation of a support of the brake mechanism of a back wheel are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Remove back wheels.
- Having turned out the union, disconnect a flexible hose (51) from a support (31b) the back brake mechanism, - at once закупорьте the open end of a hose.

Before a detachment the hose can be pressed by a clamp. |
- At the corresponding complete set disconnect electroconducting (8) and turn out the contact sensor of wear of brake shoes (S10/3 - in case of the left brake mechanism).
- Having turned out самоконтрящийся a bolt, remove the sensor (S10/3 – in case of the left brake mechanism), - the bolt is subject to replacement without fail.
- In case of need take from a block support (see. Section Assessment of degree of wear and replacement of brake shoes).
- Turn out самоконтрящиеся fixing bolts (35) and remove a support (31b) from stupichny assembly, - bolts is subject to replacement without fail.
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing washers (51а) the shtutserny socket.
