 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The illustrative material on replacement of lateral epiploons of forward differential is presented on illustrations which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove forward wheels.
  3. Merge from forward differential oil.
  4. By means of a stripper выпрессуйте a spherical support from the top cross-section lever of a forward suspension bracket.
  5. Подрычажив, liberate a power shaft from differential, having developed outside assembly of a rotary fist, - try not to damage a guard.
  6. Having hooked mount, take an epiploon (14а) from the landing nest in a case of differential and, having used a suitable opravka (094) plant on its place new, previously having greased its sponges with universal gipoidny SAE 85 W-90 oil.
  7. Further assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - do not forget to replace a lock ring of fixing of a power shaft in differential, in summary check differential on existence of signs of development of leaks.

Back differential

Replacement of lateral epiploons of back differential


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The illustrative material on replacement of lateral epiploons of back differential is presented on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove a back power shaft (37).
  3. Take from the landing nest an epiploon (32a/32b) and, having used a suitable opravka (094) plant on its place new, previously having greased its sponges with universal gipoidny SAE 85 W-90 oil.
  4. Further assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - do not forget to replace a lock ring of fixing of a power shaft in differential, in summary check differential on existence of signs of development of leaks.
