Coupling

On considered models one-disk dry coupling with a diafragmenny spring is established.

Coupling consists of a basket with the press disk, a conducted disk, the vyzhimny bearing (RKPP 717.4) / the central operator (RKPP 716.6), the bifurcate lever of switching off of coupling (RKPP 717.4) and a hydraulic drive.

Coupling basket приболчена to a flywheel fixed on a cranked shaft of the engine. Between a press disk and a flywheel the conducted disk of coupling pressed to a working surface of a flywheel by diafragmenny springs of a press disk equipped with frictional overlays is located. The conducted disk of coupling by means of shlitsevy connection is aligned rather entrance shaft of RKPP.

When squeezing a pedal of coupling vyzhimny the bearing under the effort developed by hydraulic pressure through the bifurcate lever of switching off of coupling presses a diafragmenny spring of a press disk, providing an otpuskaniye of a conducted disk which ceases to nestle on a working surface of a flywheel and, respectively, to transfer a torque developed by the engine to an entrance shaft of a transmission.

The coupling drive on all models has hydraulic execution. As a working body the brake liquid which is taken away from the general with brake system of the tank is used.

Each inclusion of coupling is interfaced to wear of frictional overlays of a conducted disk which is among account components of assembly. Average service life of a conducted disk makes over 100 000 km. Intensity of wear depends on vehicle service conditions (movement with the trailer) and style of driving of the owner.
