Air removal from a hydraulic path of a drive of coupling

If during procedure performance completely to remove air from a driving path of coupling it is not possible (the gnash is felt and quality of switching off of coupling is broken), it is necessary to make system pumping in conditions hundred with use of the special adaptation (see below). Check level in the tank of brake liquid, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). Check serviceability of functioning of brake system and coupling.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

On HUNDRED air from system of coupling the providing necessary pressure of liquid in a hydraulic path is removed, as a rule, by means of the special device. Only deviations from described above standard procedure below are listed. Operating strictly according to instructions of manufacturers, connect the device to the GTTs tank. Execute paragraph 4 procedure (see above). Open the gate and hold its opened before the completion of allocation of the air/the beginning of an exit of fresh liquid (at replacement the with the last). Having tightened the gate, disconnect a hose and establish a dustproof cap. Disconnect the device. Modify level in the GTTs tank and close the last. In summary make sure of serviceability of functioning of brake system and coupling.
