PERFORMANCE ORDER

The illustrative material on replacement of an epiploon of a forward target shaft of a transfer case is presented on illustrations which all references meeting in the text concern.
Turn out a stopper (3) and merge from a case of a transfer case oil.
Remove a transfer case (1) (see. The section Removal and installation of a transfer case) also fix it at the assembly stand (010) by means of a basic plate (020).
Remove a back target flange (8) (see. Section Replacement of an epiploon of a target flange of the back driveshaft).
Turn out fixing bolts (6) and remove the servomotor (12) assembled with the sensor of turns (7).
Having pulled outside, take the sensor of turns (7).
Turn out bolts (5) and uncover (2).
Having pulled outside, remove asterisks (13) assembled with a driving chain (13а).
Remove a lock ring (14) and remove a target shaft of a drive of a forward axis (16).

At removal of a lock ring hold a shaft motionlessly.

Having hooked a suitable screw-driver, take an epiploon (17) forward target shaft from the landing nest and plant on its place new, having used a suitable opravka (030), - before a zastukivaniye of an epiploon fix assembly of a planetary reducer (18) for the purpose of prevention of its loss.
Establish into place a forward target shaft (16) and fix it a lock ring (14), having tracked reliability of landing of the last in a reception flute.
Establish assembly of a chain drive (13 and 13а).
To Priboltita a cover (2), previously having smoothed out interfaced surfaces and having imposed suitable hermetic.
Establish into place the servomotor (12) and the sensor of turns (7), tighten fixing bolts (6).
Establish a flange of the back driveshaft (see. Section Replacement of an epiploon of a target flange of the back driveshaft).
Fill in in a transfer case fresh oil to level of the bottom cut of a jellied/control opening.
In summary start the engine and check a transfer case on existence of signs of development of leaks.
