7 — the Vibrating damper


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a transfer case are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove panels of furnish of an impellent compartment.
  3. Remove system of production of the fulfilled gases from basic arms (9 and 10).
  4. Turn out bolts (14), disconnect from a transfer case and tie up to frame elements the back driveshaft (13), - try not to damage sharnirny assembly and the central bearing.
  5. Turn out bolts (12), disconnect from a transfer case and tie up to frame elements the forward driveshaft (11), - try not to damage sharnirny assembly.
  6. Disconnect electroconducting (3) from the servomotor.
  7. Prop up transmission assembly (1) and remove a cross-section beam with a back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit (5).
  8. Prop up a transfer case (2) jack.
  9. Turn out bolts (4), separate a transfer case from transmission and remove it, having submitted on a jack back.
  10. Installation is made upside-down.
  11. In summary make sure that level of the oil filled in in a box reaches the bottom cut of a jellied/control opening.
