 PERFORMANCE ORDER

In total самоконтрящиеся bolts and nuts are subject to replacement without fail!

  1. The design of a steering column is shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  3. Remove a steering wheel (32) and a spiral contact drum (А45) (see. Section Removal and installation of a steering wheel and spiral contact drum of a steering column).
  4. Remove the combined switch (S4) (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
  5. Remove a combination of devices (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
  6. Disunite the socket (and) the adjusting lever.
  7. On models from AT remove from the lock of a steering column a switching blokirator (36h), - compress latches and pull a blokirator back, removing it from fixing clamps.
  8. Disunite the contact socket (c) and remove a transponder.
  9. Release a clamp and disunite the contact socket (b).
  10. Release clamps of fastening of assembly of the combined podrulevy switch (S4) and remove the last from a shirt of a steering column (71).
  11. Uncover at the left under the dashboard.
  12. Give the bottom nuts (71b) and turn out the top bolts (91а) shirt (71) fastenings.
  13. Having submitted up, remove a shirt (71).
  14. Give самоконтрящуюся a nut (25d) a fixing bolt and separate the bottom shaft of a steering column (80а) from an entrance hub (25) of reechny transfer, - do not use the force, in case of need slightly unclench the lock a screw-driver!
  15. Having submitted up, remove a steering shaft (80а).
  16. Check a shaft condition (80а), in case of need make its replacement.
  17. Replace the damaged boot (80b), - track correctness of landing of a boot.
  18. If the shirt needs replacement, remove the cylinder of the lock of ignition (see. Section Removal and installation of the cylinder of the lock of ignition).
  19. Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of landing of all components. At first tighten all fixture so that the provision of a shirt could be corrected, then, having achieved demanded result, tighten with demanded effort at first the top bolts, then the bottom nuts. Track reliability of fixing of contact sockets.
