Removal
|
|
- Remove the lock (36) cylinder (see. Section Removal and installation of the cylinder of the lock of ignition).
- Remove a steering wheel (120) and a spiral contact drum (see. Section Removal and installation of a steering wheel and spiral contact drum of a steering column).
- Remove combined podrulevy the switch (S4) (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
- Separate the facing panel (88).
- Disunite the socket (and) the contact switch (37q) the adjusting lever (93).
- On models from AT remove from the lock of a steering column a switching blokirator, - compress latches and pull a blokirator back, removing it from fixing clamps.
- Having submitted forward, remove from the lock a transponder (c).
- In order to avoid damage шлицов a steering shaft at knocking-out of a cylindrical pin (37s) screw a bolt (32с).
- Lower down the adjusting lever (93).
- By means of a suitable drift beat out from zamkovy assembly (37) cylindrical pin (37s), - the bottom directing pin will be put out of action.
- Having released a clamp, disunite the contact socket (b).
- Remove the lock (37).
- Remove the contact switch (37q).

Installation
|
|
- Connect the contact switch (37q) to the new lock (37).
- Plant into place the socket (b), - track reliability of a zashchelkivaniye of a clamp.
- Put the new lock on a steering column, having tracked correctness of landing of assembly (arrow).
- Fill in the lock (37) a cylindrical pin (37s), - compress the top and bottom sections of the lock nippers.
- Plant into place the contact switch (32q), make sure of serviceability of its functioning.
- Turn out a bolt (32с).
- Plant on the lock (37) a transponder (c).
- On models from AT connect to the lock a blokirator of switchings.
- Connect electroconducting (and) to the contact switch of the adjusting lever.
- Establish the facing panel (88).
- Establish the combined switch (S4).
- Establish a spiral contact drum and a steering wheel (120) (see. Section Removal and installation of a steering wheel and spiral contact drum of a steering column).
- Establish the lock (36) cylinder (see. Section Removal and installation of the cylinder of the lock of ignition).
- Fix a steering column, having lifted up the adjusting lever (93).
