 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The illustrative material on procedures of verification of the pressure head characteristic of the pump GUR is presented on illustrations which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Open a cover (30g) and pump out from the tank of the steering pump hydraulic liquid.
  3. Disconnect from the pump a pressure head broad hose (30i) and connect to the last a transitional nozzle (038а).
  4. To the union of the pump connect a transitional nozzle (038b).
  5. Connect a manometer (039) between transitional nozzles (038а and 038b).
  6. Fill the GUR tank with fresh liquid to demanded level.
  7. Start the engine and lift its turns to 1000 in a minute.
  8. Block the throttle crane (039а) and consider from a manometer the indication of the maximum working pressure of the pump GUR, - try to consider the indication as soon as possible in order to avoid risk of an overheat of oil. Compare result of measurement to nominal rate (see. Specifications).
  9. Muffle the engine and pump out oil from the GUR tank.
  10. Remove a manometer and restore initial connection of hydraulic lines, - do not forget to replace a sealing ring of the shtutserny socket of a broad hose (30i).
  11. Fill in in the tank demanded amount of fresh liquid (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  12. In summary visually check a hydraulic path of GUR on existence of signs of development of leaks.
