PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details of installation of the fuel distributive highway and injectors on models 163.136 (the series 111 engine) are shown on an illustration and an illustration Location of the service valve (1/1) dumpings of pressure on the fuel highway of the engine of a series 111. Remove bypass an air purifier sleeve (see. Section Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
Dump pressure in a power supply system via the service valve (see. Undressed Sbrasyvaniye pressure in fuel system of the petrol engine).
Turn out fixing bolts and remove the fuel highway (17).
Disconnect lines of return (17/2) both supply (17/3) fuels and electroconducting of injectors (Y62)
In case of need remove fuel injectors (Y62).
Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing rings (16/8 and 16/9) which before installation should be oiled.

Remove the panel of furnish of a cover of a head cylinders/air purifier.

On models with the air purifier fixed on the engine remove the rezonatorny chamber (2/1).

Turn out screws (1/4) and remove a plastic cover.

Dump pressure in a power supply system via the service valve (see. Undressed Sbrasyvaniye pressure in fuel system of the petrol engine).

Disconnect the line of supply of fuel (17/2).

Disconnect electroconducting from injectors (Y62).

Turn out fixing screws (17/1) and remove assembly of the fuel highway (17) with injectors (Y62) from the inlet pipeline.

In case of need remove injectors.

Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing rings (16/8 and 16/9) which before installation should be oiled.
