Removal and installation
Details of installation of the bottom cross-section lever of a forward suspension bracket
|

- Details of installation of the bottom cross-section lever of a forward suspension bracket are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Remove torsionny springs of a forward suspension bracket (see. Section Removal and installation of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and sensor of a course of a diaphragm of BAS).
- Remove a rotary fist (see. Head Transmission line).
- On the models equipped with xenon headlights, remove connecting draft of a regulator of level of landing of a front (95b).
- Disconnect from the bottom cross-section lever (4) a torsionny bar (28) (see. Section Removal and installation of the main brake cylinder).
- Having given fixture, disconnect the bottom lever (4) from a stretcher.
- Release a coupling joint in the back end of the lever and lower down the holder of the bearing (4d).
- Attentively study the lever on existence of signs of mechanical damages, in case of need prepare replacement.
- Installation is made upside-down, - the final tightening of elements of fastening of the lever is made after car lowering on the earth.
- In summary make adjustment of geometry of a suspension bracket.

Plug replacement
Replacement of the peredney plug of the bottom cross-section lever of a forward suspension bracket

- The illustrative material on replacement of the forward axial plug of the bottom cross-section lever is presented on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Remove the bottom lever (4) (see above).
- By means of the basic plug (012r) and drifts (012n) squeeze out the rubber plug (4k) of the axial holder of the lever.
- Landing of the new plug is made in a similar manner with application in in addition to the adaptations used at removal (012n and 012r) opravka (012р).
- Establish into place the lever (see above).
