 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Replacement of shock-absorbers should be made in pairs!

In total самоконтрящиеся bolts and nuts are subject to replacement without fail!

  1. Details of installation of forward shock-absorbers are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Release fixture of the top support of the shock-absorber.
  3. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
  4. Remove forward wheels and loker of protection of wheel arches.
  5. Release a nut, take a fixing bolt (11u), disconnect the shock-absorber from the bottom cross-section lever of a suspension bracket (4) and take it from under the car.
  6. Release a nut (11а) and remove components of the top dempfiruyushchy knot (11а ÷ 11f).

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Estimate a condition of the components, the failed details replace.

Top (11с) and bottom (11d) pillows differ on rigidity and should be established strictly on the former places, - pillows usually are as appropriate marked, or painted in different color: the top - in white, bottom - in yellow. Track also correctness of installation on the places of washers (11b, 11е and 11f).

  1. Attentively study a condition of a rod of the piston of the shock-absorber, - in case of identification of deformations or signs of violation of smoothness of a piston stroke the shock-absorber is subject to replacement.
  2. Estimate a condition of the plug of the bottom support of the shock-absorber.
  3. Make sure of lack of signs of development of external leaks.
  4. The defective shock-absorber replace, - it is better in a set with the second.

Installation

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
