Forward power shafts
Details of installation of a forward power shaft
|
|
- Details of installation of a forward power shaft are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Remove the corresponding wheel.
- Release a stupichny nut (65а), - the nut is subject to replacement without fail.
- Without disconnecting a flexible hose, remove a support of the brake mechanism (see. Head Brake and auxiliary systems).
- Disconnect from a rotary fist steering draft.
- By means of a stripper liberate a spherical support from the top cross-section lever of a suspension bracket. Check a boot condition, estimate degree of wear of the hinge, in case of need replace a spherical support.
- By means of an ex-tractor squeeze out a power shaft (65) of a stupichny flange, - tie up a rotary fist to suspension bracket or frame elements.
- Подрычажив, liberate a power shaft (65) of differential of the forward bridge and take it from under the car. Check a condition of boots of sharnirny assemblies, estimate degree of wear of the last, in case of need replace a shaft assembled.
- Installation is made upside-down, - track, that the lock ring (65с) at installation of a shaft appeared is developed by the lock down.

Back power shafts
Details of installation of a back power shaft

- Details of installation of a forward power shaft are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Remove the corresponding wheel.
- Cock the parking brake and release a stupichny nut (12), - the nut is subject to replacement without fail.
- Separate from stupichny assembly a basic arm of the wheel sensor (20а), remove the sensor (L6/3, - in case of the left wheel).
- By means of a stripper liberate from stupichny assembly a spherical support (91а) the top cross-section lever of a suspension bracket. Check a boot condition, estimate degree of wear of the hinge, in case of need replace a spherical support.
- Squeeze out of stupichny assembly the extension hinge (97а).
- Liberate a power shaft (37) of a stupichny flange, - in case of need use a stripper, try not to damage a boot of a rotor of the wheel sensor.
- Liberate a power shaft (37) of differential of the forward bridge and take it from under the car. Check a condition of boots of sharnirny assemblies, estimate degree of wear of the last, in case of need replace a shaft assembled.
- Installation is made upside-down, - track, that the lock ring (65с) at installation of a shaft appeared is developed by the lock down.
