 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of back stupichny assembly are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Cock the parking brake and give a stupichny nut (12).
  3. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
  4. Remove the wheel sensor (L6/3 in case of the left wheel).
  5. Remove a brake support (111) (see. Head Brake and auxiliary systems).
  6. Remove heat a disk (112b) (see. Head Brake and auxiliary systems).
  7. Remove boots of the parking brake (see. Head Brake and auxiliary systems).
  8. Liberate from a basic arm on stupichny assembly a cable of a drive of the parking brake (112а).
  9. By means of a stripper liberate from stupichny assembly the extension hinge (97а).
  10. Vypressuyte from stupichny assembly a spherical support (91а) the top lever of a suspension bracket.
  11. By means of an ex-tractor выпрессуйте from the flange a back power shaft, - try not to damage a boot of the CV JOINT and a rotor of the wheel sensor. Tie up the liberated shaft to suspension bracket/frame elements.
  12. Having fixed stupichny assembly, liberate a shaft of the bottom spherical support (7а) from the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket.
  13. Remove stupichny assembly.
  14. Installation is made upside-down, in summary make necessary adjustments of corners of installation of wheels.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the bottom spherical support are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove stupichny assembly (see above) and выпрессуйте the bottom spherical support (7а) by means of a suitable opravka (and).
  3. By means of a special key (9) give a koronchaty nut (7b).
  4. By means of a koronchaty nut and a special key press a new spherical support against the stop in stupichny assembly, - a nut replace.
  5. Establish stupichny assembly on the regular place.
