 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a flange of a back power shaft and the radial and persistent stupichny bearing are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove a back power shaft (37) (see. Section Removal and installation of power shafts).
  3. Without disconnecting a hose, remove a back brake support (111) (see. Head Brake and auxiliary systems).
  4. Remove a brake disk (112b) (see. Head Brake and auxiliary systems).
  5. Remove boots of the parking brake (see. Head Brake and auxiliary systems).
  6. By means of a hydraulic ex-tractor remove a flange of a back power shaft (10) from stupichny assembly remaining on the car.

If efforts in 40 Nanometers for removal of a shaft it appears insufficiently, it is necessary to remove stupichny assembly and to repeat procedure in stationary conditions.

  1. By means of special nippers remove a lock ring (9).
  2. In case of need remove a brake board (112с).
  3. By means of a special stripper выпрессуйте from stupichny assembly the dvukhryadny radial and persistent bearing (8).
  4. Vypressuyte an internal holder of the bearing from a flange of a power shaft.
  5. Estimate sizes cross-section and radial люфтов a flange (10), in case of need make replacement.
  6. Installation is made upside-down.
