Details of installation of a casing of the To/in evaporator

PERFORMANCE ORDER

All sealing elements are subject to replacement without fail.

Details of installation of a casing of the evaporator of the conditioner of the air/heat exchanger of a heater are shown on illustrations which all references meeting in the text concern.
Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
Disconnect perelivny a hose of system of cooling from a board of the storage battery.
Release fixing a collar and disconnect the top hose from the electric water pump.
Give fixing nuts and remove a broad tank of system of cooling from a partition of an impellent compartment. Take a tank aside.
Disconnect hoses of an okhladitelny path (17) from the heater heat exchanger.
In the conditions of a workshop of car-care center make the К/В system discharge.
Give самоконтрящуюся a nut (16) broad valves (15).
Disconnect from the broad valve (15) low-pressure head (13) and high-pressure head (14) lines of a refrigerator path.
Remove the holder of the dashboard (4).
Liberate from clamps the module of management of ETC (N15/3).
Disconnect electroconducting from the electromotor of a drive of a mixing zaslonka of air (M16/8).
Disconnect electroconducting from the step-by-step electromotor of a drive of a zaslonka of switching of modes of air circulation (М39).
Disunite the contact socket of electroconducting (B10/6kh1) of the sensor of temperature of the evaporator.
Disconnect electroconducting from resistive assembly of the fan of a heater (6).
Disconnect electroconducting from the fan of a heater (5).
Remove the management module In (N19).
Liberate from intermediate clamps on a casing of the evaporator (1) cable plait.
Remove the sound-proof panel (2).
Disconnect a drainage hose from the lower part of a casing of the To/in evaporator (1).
Remove a casing (1).
Installation is made upside-down, - filling of central air of air should be made in the conditions of a car-care center workshop.
In summary check cooling system on existence of signs of development of leaks.
