RKPP 717.461 installation details on models ML 230 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Remove a transfer case (see. Head Transmission line). Give nuts (11). Turn out bolts (9) and remove a basic arm of system of production of the fulfilled gases (10). Remove a clamp (32) and disconnect a switching rod from the executive lever (2). Remove the executive cylinder of coupling (see. Head the Transmission line) and, without disconnecting hydraulic lines, take him aside. Prop up transmission (1) telezhechny jack. Turn out bolts (6) and, at the same time taking away on a jack back and down, separate transmission (1) from the engine, - in case of need wring out up the holder (7). Check a condition of the vyzhimny bearing (3), the bifurcate lever of switching off of coupling (4) and the ball bearing equipped with flutes on a cranked shaft of the engine. Check level of transmission oil which should reach the bottom cut of a control/jellied opening, - in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). Installation is made upside-down, at installation of the executive cylinder of coupling track, that the persistent finger (5) got to a spherical reception nest in the bifurcate lever of switching off of coupling (4).

RKPP 716.644 installation details on models ML 270 CDI are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Remove a transfer case (see. Head Transmission line). Turn out bolts (9 and 11) and remove a basic arm (10) suspension brackets of system of production of the fulfilled gases. Having unblocked, take pins (2) and separate from transmission (1) connecting levers (3). Take a pin (2) and separate a rod of switching (4) from the lever (5). Remove a clamp (7) and disconnect the hydraulic line (6), - at once закупорьте the open ends of the line and the shtutserny socket, having tried not to allow a devastation of the tank of brake liquid. Prop up transmission assembly (1) telezhechny jack. Turn out bolts (12) and at the same time taking away transmission on a jack back and down, separate it from the engine. Check a condition of the central operator of coupling and directing bearing in a flywheel. The failed components replace. Check level of transmission oil which should is approximately on 10 mm below the bottom cut of a jellied opening (measurement can be made by means of a rozhkovy key). Installation is made upside-down, - track, that connection of a rod (4) to the lever (5) directing on the lever was on the party of a blokirator of inclusion of a reverse gear in the basis of lever assembly (shooter). In summary pump over a hydraulic path of a drive of coupling, having let the air out via the gate (13).
