 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of components of the lock are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Open a cowl and fix it in vertical situation.
  3. Turn out screws (1) and, having pulled up, remove the bottom section (2) of zamkovy assembly.
  4. Remove the lever of an otpuskaniye of a latch in at the left under the dashboard in salon of the car and disconnect from it a driving cable (models till 31.08.99) / disunite the contact socket of electroconducting (4) (models from 01.09.99).
  5. Disconnect a cable of an otpuskaniye of a latch (3) from the bottom section (2) of zamkovy assembly and remove the last from a cross-section beam.
  6. Turn out screws (4 and 5) and remove the top section (6) of the lock, on models till 31.08.99 equipped with a safety clamp.
  7. Installation is made upside-down.
  8. In summary adjust the provision of a cowl (see. The section Removal, installation and cowl adjustment), make sure of reliability of its fixing in a closed position and grease with konsistentny greasing open elements of zamkovy assembly (including a safety hook) and loops. Check freedom and smoothness of a course of a safety hook.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a driving cable of an otpuskaniye of a latch of the lock of a cowl are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Open a cowl and fix it in vertical situation.
  3. Remove the top cross-section beam of a frame (see. Section Removal and installation of the top forward cross-section beam of a frame).
  4. Remove the cowl lock (see above).
  5. Liberate a driving cable from intermediate clamps under the top cross-section beam of a frame.
  6. Turn out fixing screws / release clamps and uncover the assembly block of safety locks/relay (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
  7. In case of need remove intermediate clamps (1) laying of a driving cable.
  8. Uncover at the left under the dashboard (see. Section Removal and installation of the bottom covers of the dashboard).
  9. Remove panels of furnish of the left foot well (see. Section Removal and installation of panels of furnish of forward foot wells).
  10. Liberate a driving cable from a clamp on a well wall.
  11. Remove the plug through passage (2) cables from the assembly block of safety locks/relay.
  12. Involve a driving cable (3) through a partition in an impellent compartment.
  13. Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of laying of a cable.
