- Details of installation of the two-section back driveshaft are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Turn out самоконтрящиеся bolts (1b) fastenings of forward section (1) back driveshaft to a target flange of a transfer case, remove adjusting washers (1с).
- Turn out самоконтрящиеся bolts (2а) fastenings of back section (2) of the driveshaft to a leading flange of back differential.
- Turn out screws (7d) fastenings of the intermediate bearing of assembly of the driveshaft to a frame beam.
- Accurately omit shaft assembly, submit it back and take from under the car.
- Estimate degree of wear of the hinge of equal angular speeds (CV JOINT) on the forward end of a shaft, kardanny hinges and the intermediate bearing, in case of need replace a shaft assembled.
- In case of need remove the intermediate bearing (see. Section Removal and installation of the intermediate bearing of a back cranked shaft).
- Installation is made upside-down, - carefully smooth out interface surfaces, try not to allow deformations of bearing assembly.
