 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Самоконтрящиеся bolts and adjusting washers are subject to replacement without fail!

  1. Details of installation of the forward driveshaft are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Turn out самоконтрящиеся bolts (70d) driveshaft fastenings to a target flange of a transfer case.
  3. Turn out самоконтрящиеся bolts (70b) driveshaft fastenings to a leading flange of forward differential, remove adjusting washers (70с).
  4. Accurately lower the driveshaft (70), submit it forward and take from under the car.
  5. Estimate degree of wear of the hinge of equal angular speeds (CV JOINT) on the forward end of a shaft and the dual kardanny hinge on back, in case of need replace a shaft assembled.
  6. Installation is made upside-down, - carefully smooth out interface surfaces, track correctness of centering of connecting flanges of sharnirny assemblies of a shaft and a distributing box / forward differential.
