Removal and installation of a cooler of EGR, - diesel models М612
Details of installation of a cooler of EGR on models 163.113 (the series 612 engine)

- Details of installation of a cooler of EGR on models 163.113 (the series 612 engine) are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
- Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
- Turn out fixing screws (3) and remove a basic arm (4) with a connection branch pipe to a path of system of cooling (2).
- Turn out the remained fixing bolts (3), remove assembly of a cooler of EGR (1) from a head of cylinders and separate it from system of production of the fulfilled gases.
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying.
- In summary start the engine and check components of system of production of the fulfilled gases on existence of signs of development of leaks.

- Details of installation of a cooler of EGR on models 163.128 (the series 628 engine) are shown on illustrations which all references meeting in the text concern.

The cooler of EGR (1) acts in film assembled pozitsioner (Y27/9 and Y27/10). |
- Remove air distributor assembly (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
- Disunite contact sockets of electroconducting (2).
- Disconnect lines of an okhladitelny path (3) from pozitsioner (Y27/9 and 27/10) and a cooler (1) EGR.
- At first pull up (arrow A) a back part of a cooler (1), then submit assembly forward (arrow B) and disunite shtutserny sockets (5 and 6), - sealing rings are subject to replacement without fail.
- In case of need remove from assembly of a cooler (1) pozitsioner (Y27/9 and Y27/10) (see below).
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying (see below).
