Removal and EGR valve installation, - M112/113

Details of installation of the EGR valve on petrol models with engines of series 112 and 113

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the EGR valve on the models equipped with engines of series 112 and 113, are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Uncover an air purifier.
  3. Remove an inlet air line assembled with the MAF sensor.
  4. Give a shtutserny nut (89/3) on the EGR (89) valve.
  5. Disconnect EGR (89/1) tube from the inlet pipeline (19) and a head of cylinders.
  6. Disconnect electroconducting from a transdyuser of EGR (Y31/1).
  7. Remove the EGR (89) valve.
  8. Installation is made upside-down, - in order to avoid jamming of the lever of a drive of a butterfly valve, track correctness of laying vacuum a tube, EGR (Y31/1) going from a transdyuser.
