Removal and installation of the water pump

Details of installation of the water pump of the engine of a series 111


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the water pump of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove assembly of the fan of system of cooling with the vyazkostny coupling (see. Section Removal and installation of assembly of the fan of system of cooling).
  3. Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  4. Disconnect hoses of an okhladitelny path (11, 12 and 13).
  5. Release the combined bolts equipped with washers (33а) fastenings of a pulley (33) driving belts.
  6. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (2)
  7. Remove a pulley (33).
  8. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the water pump (34) from the engine.
  9. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces and prepare new sealing laying (35).
  10. Installation is made upside-down.
  11. In summary check cooling system on existence of signs of development of leaks.

M112/113

Details of installation of the water pump of engines of series 112 and 113

1 — Assembly of a krylchatka with the vyazkostny coupling
10 — the Vibrating damper (on considered models it is not used)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the water pump of engines of series 112 and 113 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Remove the furnish panel an engine/air purifier.
  3. Remove ventilyatorny assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of assembly of the fan of system of cooling).
  4. Having disconnected the bottom hose of an okhladitelny path from a radiator or the water pump, merge from a radiator cooling liquid.
  5. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (2).
  6. Remove a natyazhitel of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see. Head Engine).
  7. Remove hoses of an okhladitelny path (4 and 5).
  8. Disconnect a hose (6) from the liquid heat exchanger of system of greasing of the engine.
  9. Remove a pulley of a drive of the water pump (7).
  10. Turn out fixing bolts and remove pump assembly (8).
  11. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying (9).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the water pump of the engine of a series 612 are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  3. Remove finishing panels (1 and 2).
  4. Remove ventilyatorny assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of assembly of the fan of system of cooling).
  5. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (3).
  6. Remove hoses of an okhladitelny path (4 and 5).
  7. Having hooked, uncover (6) directing a roller (7).
  8. Remove directing roller (7).
  9. Disconnect the fuel line (8) from the locking valve (Y75).
  10. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the water pump (9).
  11. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces and prepare new sealing laying.
  12. Installation is made upside-down.
  13. In summary check cooling system on existence of signs of development of leaks.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  2. Empty cooling system (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  3. Remove ventilyatorny assembly (1).
  4. Remove bypass a sleeve of a path of pressurization of air.
  5. Remove directing tube щупа measurements of impellent oil.
  6. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
  7. Remove directing roller (4).
  8. Disconnect from the water pump (7) hoses of an okhladitelny path (5 and 6).
  9. Turn out fixing screws and remove pump assembly.

For the purpose of ensuring access to a fixing bolt (7с) through an aperture in a pulley turn as appropriate a cranked shaft in the direction of normal rotation.

  1. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying of the pump.
  2. In summary check cooling system on existence of signs of development of leaks.
