 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of assembly of the electric fan on an example of model ML 270 CDI are presented on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Tire out the car on the lift.
  3. Open a cowl.
  4. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  5. Disunite the contact socket (1) electroconducting of the coupling of coupling.
  6. Disconnect from the fan electroconducting of a contour 30 (2).
  7. Liberate electroconducting from a basic arm.
  8. Remove forward section of a noise isolation.
  9. Release the bottom clamps (3) fastenings of ventilyatorny assembly.
  10. Turn out bolts (5).
  11. Remove being blocked nuts (4).
  12. Remove ventilyatorny assembly from loopy support from the upper edge of a radiator and, having lowered down, take from an impellent compartment.
  13. Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material on removal and installation of assembly of the electric fan on models ML 400 CDI are presented on illustrations which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Tire out the car on the lift.
  3. Open a cowl.
  4. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  5. Disconnect from a radiator the bottom line of a path of cooling of ATF (3).
  6. Release the bottom clamps of fastening of ventilyatorny assembly.
  7. Turn out the bottom lateral bolts of fastening of ventilyatorny assembly.
  8. Disunite the contact socket of electroconducting (2).
  9. Liberate electroconducting from a basic arm.
  10. Disconnect from a radiator the top hose of an okhladitelny path (6) and the top oil pipeline (5).
  11. Having lifted up, take ventilyatorny assembly from an impellent compartment.
  12. Installation is made upside-down.
