Details of installation of block headlights


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of block headlights are shown on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Open a cowl.
  3. Having released a fixing agent (arrow A) under a lampoderzhatel, uncover (1).
  4. Turn out screws (2) and give nuts (3).
  5. By means of a drift (4) liberate a support from a reception opening and remove a block headlight (Е1 or Е2), having pulled it forward.
  6. Disunite the contact socket of electroconducting (Х24).
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of a zashchelkivaniye of clamps and uniformity of an arrangement of a cover concerning a bumper.
  8. In summary check serviceability of functioning and correctness of adjustment of headlights.

Replacement of lamps

Е1е1 — the Lamp of a driving beam
Е1е2 — the Lamp of a passing beam
Е1е4 — the Lamp of antifog lighting

Е1 — the Left block headlight
Е2 — the Right block headlight


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The corresponding illustrative material is presented on an illustration which all references meeting in the text concern.
  2. Open a cowl and fix it in vertical situation.
  3. Having wrung out the lever of a latch (3) in the direction specified by an arrow, release and uncover (1).
  4. Uncover (2).
  5. Disunite contact sockets of electroconducting (4) lamps.
  6. Having released the corresponding clamp (5), take a lamp needing replacement (Е1е1, Е1е2 or Е1е4), - try not to touch flasks of lamps with naked fingers (it will be most correct to perform work in pure cotton gloves).
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of fixing of a lamp in the boss.
